Jako IT Administrator v Operations týmu budeš fungovat jako spolehlivá spojka pro naše kolegy na vývojářských i administrativních pozicích, kteří pracují na jedné z největších sázkových platformách ve Střední Evropě. Budeš podporovat vývojáře, aby se mohly soustředit na práci, aby všechny videokonference proběhly v bezchybné kvalitě a třeba aby byl zajištěn funkční tisk.
A o čem to ještě je?
Budeš zapojen do správy infrastruktury, dostaneš na starosti veškeré firemní tooly, budeš se rozvíjet v oblasti DevOps a Agile filozofie. Dozvíš se například jak psát role v Ansible, jak probíhá Continuous Integration a Continuous Delivery, jak se staví infrastruktura pro platformu s tisíci přístupy a miliony operacemi denně.
Jaká bude tvoje zodpovědnost?
- Příprava, údržba servis a aktualizace nových pracovních stanic pro cca 80 zaměstnanců
- Bezpečnostní politika, VPN přístupy, user management
- Správa firemní sítě, nastavování WIFI, Mikrotik
- Údržba videokonferenční techniky Starleaf
- Instalace a aktualizace HW v datacentru CRA
- Správa nad interními doménami pro GitLab, JIRA, Slack a další
- Předvýběr a nákupy HW (počítače, monitory, apod.)
- Vlastní rozvoj směrem k pozici DevOps nebo Sysadmin
Co musíš umět a znát?
- Linux OS – různé distribuce, instalace, package management, terminál
- Windows a Mac OS – vše od instalace systému a aplikací po konfigurace prostředí
- Práce s Git repositáři
- Open VPN – instalace, konfigurace, diagnostika
- Praktické zkušenosti s IT Hardware
- Sítě a Mikrotik – konfigurace sítí LAN, WIFI, routování
- Angličtina na komunikativní úrovni
A co oceníme?
- Zkušenosti s moderními IT nástroji (Git, Docker, CI, Prometheus)
- Zkušenosti s psaním Ansible rolí, skriptování

IT Administrator
As an IT Administrator in the Operations team you will act as a reliable connection for our colleagues in the developer and administrative positions, who work on one of the biggest betting platforms in Central Europe. You will support developers so that they can focus on their work, that all video conferences are conducted in flawless quality, and that functional printing is ensured.
What can you expect?
You will be involved in infrastructure management, you will be in charge of all company tools, you will develop in the field of DevOps and Agile philosophy. For example, you will learn how to write roles in Ansible, how Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery work, how to build an infrastructure for a platform with thousands of accesses and millions of operations per day.
What challenge are you facing?
- Preparation, maintenance service and updating of new workstations for about 80 employees
- Security policy, VPN accesses, user management
- Corporate network management, WIFI settings, Mikrotik
- Maintenance of Starleaf video conferencing technology
- Installation and update of HW in the CRA data center
- Management of internal domains for GitLab, JIRA, Slack and others
- Pre-selection and purchase of HW (computers, monitors, etc.)
- Own development towards the position of DevOps or Sysadmin
Your must have skills:
- Linux OS – various distributions, installations, package management, terminal
- Windows and Mac OS – everything from system and application installation to environment configuration
- Working with Git repositories Open VPN – installation, configuration, diagnostics
- Practical experience with IT Hardware
- Networks and Mikrotik – configuration of LAN, WIFI networks, routing
- English at a communicative level
Your nice to have skills:
- Experience with modern IT tools (Git, Docker, CI, Prometheus)
- Experience writing Ansible roles, scripting
- Knowledge of security management
- Agile approach to work
