What is the hiring of new Betsys people like?
If your profile is a match for us, you can expect a call or an SMS from us latest by the next day. We will discuss details about the first round– if you have a coffee with our HR or do a short interview via phone.
If the expectations are met, you will meet your future Team Leader in the second round. You will talk about your work experience and you will get all the necessary information about the position and the life in Betsys.
We will invite you for a half day so you can meet your future colleagues and company owners. You can also talk to your potential Team Leader in a less formal way. This step happens only for selected recruitments.
After the meeting with the Team Leader we will already know if you are the one we are looking for. In case you are, you will get a job offer on the next working day.
Regardless how the interview goes, we will do our best to give you feedback latest 8 days after our first interaction.
